1. Product Advantages
We supply a full range of toothpaste grade silica fully complying with GB/T 32673-2016 Silica for Toothpaste, as well as international oral care raw material standards including FDA, FCC and USP.
High purity: silica content ≥98% with ultra-low heavy metal residues (Lead ≤2 mg/kg, Arsenic ≤2 ppm), far below industry safety limits.
Three core grades available: abrasive silica, thickening silica and composite silica. The RDA (Radioactive Dentin Abrasion) value can be precisely customized within 50–200 to balance plaque removal and enamel protection.
Mohs hardness maintained at 2.5–3.5. The silica features outstanding compatibility with fluoride, herbal extracts and other toothpaste ingredients.
The finished toothpaste system remains stable at temperatures ranging from -10℃ to 50℃ without separation or hardening, perfectly suited for mass production of all toothpaste varieties.
