Cosmetic Silica ZLDIO™ Anti-Caking Series

Multi-Functional, Green & Safe

Industry background

The exfoliating effect, safety of scrubs, and the antibacterial/anti-caking properties of foot powders in cosmetics directly impact user experience. Traditional exfoliating particles (e.g., walnut shell powder, plastic microbeads) tend to scratch the skin or pollute the environment; conventional foot powder ingredients (e.g., talc) suffer from poor anti-caking performance and potential safety controversies. In contrast, cosmetic-grade SILICA, through precise particle size control and surface modification, achieves a balance between the gentleness of scrubs and the versatility of foot powders—fully aligning with the trend of green, safe cosmetics.

Customer needs

Scrub: Gently exfoliates dead skin cells, does not damage the skin barrier, and features oil-controlling properties.
Foot Powder: Highly effective in bactericidal & bacteriostatic actions, anti-caking, and rapidly absorbs foot sweat.

Does not affect the original fragrance and skin feel of the product, while enhancing user experience.
Scrub is suitable for various skin types; Foot powder maintains long-term stability in humid environments.

Recommended plan

We recommend the cosmetic-grade SILICA ZLDIO™ Series:
1.For Scrubs: Adopt porous particles with controllable particle size to achieve gentle exfoliation through physical friction. Meanwhile, it absorbs excess oil without any risk of skin irritation.
2.For Foot Powders: Utilize highly adsorptive particles to deliver triple effects of antibacterial action, anti-caking, and moisture absorption. It does not react with fragrances, preservatives, or other ingredients—effective even with a small addition. No adjustments to the existing cosmetics production process are required. The products are respectively suitable for personal care scenarios such as scrubs and foot powders.
