Our full-range toothpaste-grade silica complies strictly with China national standard GB/T 32673-2016 Silica for Toothpaste, and meets international raw material standards including FDA, FCC and USP for oral care products. It features ultra-high purity with silica content ≥98% and ultra-low heavy metal residues (Lead ≤2 mg/kg, Arsenic ≤2 mg/kg), far below the industry safety limits. Three core grades are available: abrasive silica, thickening silica and composite silica. The RDA (Relative Dentin Abrasivity) value can be precisely customized within 50–200 to balance plaque removal efficiency and enamel protection. Its Mohs hardness ranges from 2.5 to 3.5, delivering excellent compatibility with fluoride, plant extracts and all other active ingredients in toothpaste formulations. The silica ensures stable paste systems without stratification or hardening across a wide temperature window (-10℃ to 50℃), fully suitable for mass production of all types of toothpaste.
