1. Product Advantages
This product is food-grade non-yellowing silica with a fixed particle size of 10 μm, specially developed for food containing ethyl maltol. It complies with GB 25576-2020, FDA, FCC and USP standards. Through ultra-low heavy metal content control and stringent manufacturing processes, it completely avoids the color reaction between ethyl maltol and iron ions.
The 10μm medium particle size balances excellent anti-caking performance and good flowability and non-discoloring feature. It does not yellow or fade under high temperature/illumination, and has excellent compatibility with food ingredients (protein, sugar, ethyl maltol, etc.). It does not change the original flavor of food after addition and is suitable for high-temperature processing categories such as baking and confectionery.

Core application for food containing ethyl maltol, mainly in the baking, confectionery and dairy industries, including pure white cake premix, milk candy, milk powder, flavors and fragrances, etc. The 10μm particle size solves the problems of food yellowing after baking at 180℃, color deepening during storage in transparent packaging, and yellowing at the edges of milk candy during sugar boiling at 120℃, maintaining the original white color of food during long-term storage.
It effectively reduces the powder angle of repose in milk powder, flavors and fragrances, improves flowability and solves the caking problem during storage.
