1. Product Description
ZLSIL-K70 is a synthetic amorphous silica opening agent for plastic-grade, appearing as a white fine powder and produced through an exclusive proprietary process. Its CAS No. is 112926-00-8 (former CAS No. 7631-86-9) and EINECS No. 231-545-4. Featuring high whiteness and a porous structure, this product has extremely low contents of impurities such as sodium and iron, and excellent compatibility with plastic resins including PP, PE, PET and PVC. It can be used without grinding, low dosage addition and has good dispersibility, without affecting the transparency and mechanical strength of plastic films. Non-toxic and pollution-free, it free of volatile substances and exudates, effectively ensuring the appearance and quality of packaging products. It can reduce the exposed molecular chain segments during polymer processing, avoid macromolecular chain entanglement when films contact, and achieve efficient opening. Meanwhile, it lowers the frictional adhesion of films to improve slip property, enhances the anti-blocking and anti-creepage properties of films in high-speed packaging lines, and also exerts a reinforcing effect on films. It is suitable for the production of opening masterbatches for various plastic films, especially for processing scenarios with high requirements for the whiteness and appearance of products.

- Adapt to multiple substrates and special processing: Widely applicable to the production of opening masterbatches for various plastic films such as PP, PE, PET and PVC; for the ultra-low moisture requirement of PET film production, the product's performance remains unchanged after drying below 300℃, complying with the processing standards of PET films.
4. Storage and Operation Requirements
- With a high specific surface area, the product is prone to adsorb moisture and volatile substances in the air, so it should be stored in a sealed way in a dry, ventilated and cool environment, with a shelf life of 24 months in an unopened state. Any expired material must undergo application performance testing prior to use, and the product can only be used after passing the test.
- Dust prevention measures should be taken during loading, unloading, transportation and use to prevent dust emission; the stacking height shall not exceed 10 layers to avoid damaging the product particle structure and affecting dispersibility and opening performance due to extrusion.
- During extrusion processing, equipment extrusion will reduce the product's dispersion effect, so the dispersion time should be properly extended; it is recommended to use the product immediately after opening the package to prevent the attenuation of opening and dispersion performance caused by moisture absorption.
