ZLSIL-K45 is synthetic amorphous silica used as plastic anti-blocking agent, presented as fine white powder and manufactured via exclusive specialized process.CAS No.: 112926-00-8 (Former CAS No.: 7631-86-9)EINECS No.: 231-545-4
Featuring high specific surface area, porous structure and high purity with minimal impurities, the product contains extremely low sodium and iron content and strictly controlled conductivity. It shows excellent compatibility with PP, PE, PET, PVC and other plastic resins. No grinding is required. It boasts low dosage and superior dispersibility, without impairing the transparency and mechanical strength of plastic films.
Non-toxic and pollution-free, it contains no volatile substances or precipitates, complying with quality standards for packaging materials. It effectively reduces exposed molecular chains during polymer processing and avoids molecular chain entanglement between films to solve anti-blocking issues. It lowers friction adhesion and improves slip property, and also enhances anti-blocking capacity, creep resistance and reinforcing performance. It is applicable to masterbatch production for various plastic films, especially ideal for processing scenarios demanding high raw material purity.

4. Storage & Handling Instructions
1.The product tends to absorb moisture and volatile substances in air due to large specific surface area. Keep sealed in dry, ventilated and cool environment. Unopened shelf life is 24 months. Performance test is required before application if expired.
2.Take protective measures during loading, transportation and usage to prevent dust dispersion. Stack height shall not exceed 10 layers to avoid particle structure damage and dispersibility decline caused by extrusion.
3.Prolong dispersion time properly during extrusion processing, as mechanical compression may weaken dispersion effect. Use up promptly after opening to prevent performance degradation from moisture absorption.
