1. Product Description
ZLSIL-K39 is synthetic amorphous plastic-grade silicon dioxide anti-blocking agent in fine white powder form, produced via exclusive special processes. Its CAS No. is 112926-00-8 (former CAS No.: 7631-86-9) and EINECS No. is 231-545-4.
Featuring porous structure and high specific surface area, it boasts excellent compatibility with plastic resins. It can be used directly without grinding, with low addition dosage and superior dispersibility, and will not impair the transparency and mechanical strength of plastic films.
Non-toxic and eco-friendly, it contains no volatile substances or precipitates, effectively ensuring the quality of packaging products. It reduces exposed molecular chains during polymer processing and avoids macromolecular chain entanglement between contacted films, fundamentally solving film blocking issues. It also lowers adhesion force during friction, improves film slip property, enhances anti-blocking and anti-creep performance of films on high-speed packaging lines, and reinforces film toughness. It is widely applicable to the production of anti-blocking masterbatches for PP, PE, PET, PVC and other plastic films.

4. Storage & Operation Instructions
1.With high specific surface area, the product easily absorbs moisture and volatile substances in the air. Store it hermetically in dry, ventilated and cool places. The shelf life of unopened goods is 24 months. Performance test is required before application if expired.
2.Take proper protective measures to prevent dust scattering during loading, transportation and usage. Stack height shall not exceed 10 layers to avoid compression damage to its dispersibility.
3.Prolong dispersion time appropriately during extrusion processing for better dispersion effect. It is recommended to use up the product immediately after opening to prevent decreased anti-blocking performance caused by moisture absorption.
