This is a food-grade silica gel exclusively for filtration, with INS E551. It is a white uniform powder, non-irritating odor, prepared via a filter material-adapted pore structure design process. Compliant with FDA GRAS, EFSA E551 and USP standards, it has a SiO₂ content of ≥99%. With uniform particle size that won’t clog filter materials, it can synchronously adsorb trace impurities during filtration to improve filtration efficiency and precision with no secondary residues. Its core function is filtration assistance and synchronous trace impurity adsorption for edible oil. It is compatible with all edible oil filtration processes including plate and frame filtration, cloth bag filtration, vacuum filtration and membrane filtration. With uniform particle size, it will not clog filter materials or reduce filtration speed, while adsorbing trace suspended impurities, gums and tiny particles not intercepted by filter materials during filtration to improve filtration precision and produce purer filtered oil.
