This is a food-grade high-activity silica gel exclusively for clarification, with INS E551. It is a white ultrafine powder, odorless and tasteless, prepared via a targeted adsorption process for suspended impurities. Compliant with FDA Food Contact Material Standards, EFSA E551 and EU 1333/2008 standards, it has a SiO₂ content of ≥99%. Its pore structure is optimized for the adsorption of suspended particles and gums in edible oil, with high clarification selectivity. It can rapidly improve oil clarity and light transmittance without affecting oil nutrition and flavor, and is suitable for crude oil pretreatment and finished oil clarification optimization of all edible oils worldwide.

2. Application Description
Its core advantage is precision oil clarification. It can efficiently adsorb suspended impurities, tiny mechanical particles, gum flocs and trace hydrophilic impurities in soybean oil, rapeseed oil, palm oil, peanut oil, animal fat and other edible oils, rapidly improving oil clarity and light transmittance to achieve a clear color with no turbidity or precipitation. It does not adsorb beneficial components such as vitamins and sterols in oil, nor alter the flavor and physicochemical properties of oil products.
Suitable for primary clarification of edible crude oil, appearance optimization of finished oil and light transmittance enhancement of high-end edible oil, it can replace traditional clarification additives, reduce oil loss, and comply with global environmental standards for edible oil clarification.
