Product Description

Precipitated Silica Opening Agent is a cost-effective core anti-blocking raw material suitable for large-scale production in the plastic processing industry. Prepared via a precisely controlled liquid-phase precipitation reaction process, it strictly complies with industry standards, EU EN 14639 and relevant Food Contact Material (FCM) regulations. With ultra-high purity silica (≥99.8%) as the core component, its particle size, pore structure and surface characteristics are precisely regulated through the precipitation process. Non-agglomerated and with excellent dispersibility, it forms a uniform and stable micro-protrusion isolation structure in anti-blocking masterbatches, effectively reducing the blocking force between plastic films and solving problems such as difficult film unwinding and tight winding. Meanwhile, it has no impact on film transparency, mechanical properties and processing performance, and is compatible with the large-scale production of anti-blocking masterbatches for various plastic substrates such as PE, PP, PVC, PET, BOPP and CPP. It is a universal anti-blocking solution that balances high performance, high stability and high cost-effectiveness. (Note: Silica is used to produce anti-blocking masterbatches for corresponding films, which are then applied in film production. Silica cannot be directly added to films.)
