1. Product Description
Silica Opening Agent is a special core functional raw material for manufacturing opening masterbatches in the plastic processing industry. Refined via advanced processes such as the sol-gel method, it strictly complies with industry standards, EU EN 14639, and relevant specifications for Food Contact Materials (FCM). Based on an ultra-high purity of over 99.8%, this product optimizes the particle structure for the opening requirements of plastic films, forming a uniform "micro-protrusion" structure in opening masterbatches, which can accurately solve the opening problems of plastic films and effectively reduce the adhesion between films without affecting key indicators such as light transmittance, heat seal strength and tensile performance of films throughout the process. It is suitable for the large-scale production of opening masterbatches for various plastic substrates including PE, PP, PVC, PET, BOPP and CPP. Note: This silica is used to produce opening masterbatches, which are then applied in film production. It cannot be directly added to films for use.

The melt flow index of the masterbatch remains stable at 2.5–3.0 g/10 min after adding 20% of this opening agent, meeting the stringent requirements of high-speed film blowing.
- Accurately solving film opening problems: When the prepared opening masterbatch is added to plastic films at 0.2%-0.8%, silica particles form uniform "micro-protrusions" on the film surface, reducing the contact area between films by more than 60% and lowering the adhesion force from 500 mN/25 mm to below 50 mN/25 mm, completely solving the industry pain points such as tight winding of film rolls and difficult opening.
