By-product resource utilization is also a key direction for the industry’s sustainable development. Sodium sulfate is produced as a by-product during the production of food-grade silicon dioxide via the precipitation process. At present, some enterprises have achieved the recovery and purification of this by-product, converting it into food-grade raw materials or industrial chemicals. This not only improves resource utilization efficiency but also reduces waste discharge.
