Thickening type: stable system and smooth texture
Model ZLDIO-T103/T104/T105, the three-dimensional network structure achieves "low addition and high thickening", water absorption ≥42ml/20g, 1%-3% addition can stabilize the viscosity at 80000-120000mPa·s. There is no settling after 30 days at 25℃, which improves the fineness of the paste. Star ZLDIO-T103 has a water absorption capacity of 53.0ml/20g and a light transmittance of 97.1%. It is an exclusive raw material for transparent/crystal toothpaste.
Comprehensive type: double effects in one, multiple adaptations
Model ZLDIO-TY2, composite modification technology integrates cleaning and thickening functions, particle size is adjustable from 8-15μm, specific surface area is 140-200m²/g, and water absorption capacity is 30-42ml/20g. Purity ≥98%, whiteness 99.6% (CIE standard), suitable for compound formulas such as probiotics and traditional Chinese medicine extracts.
Rigorous testing and safety assurance
Establishing a "full inspection + third-party re-inspection" system, the key indicators far exceed industry requirements:
•Physical and chemical indicators: pH 6.0-8.5, 325 mesh sieve ≥98%, 105℃ volatile matter ≤10.0%, lead ≤15mg/kg (2 times better than the national standard), arsenic ≤3mg/kg (food grade standard);
