The PIROSIL® series, launched by Yangzhong Glassven Silica Chemical Co., Ltd. (Permit No.: SC20132118200203), is formulated with precipitated silica and synthetic sodium aluminosilicate as the core components. Boasting excellent flowability, anti-caking and carrier properties, it serves as a premium choice for the food, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
PS-200 ensures flowability and storage stability in humid environments by virtue of its fine particle size and moisture absorption capacity. Processed via grinding technology, PS-300 features even finer particle size and strong adsorptivity, making it suitable for a wide range of powder products.
The series offers prominent core advantages: High chemical purity and amorphous structure guarantee non-toxicity and safety; it can absorb large volumes of liquid while maintaining good flowability; its high whiteness does not affect product appearance; it exhibits excellent compatibility with raw materials without compromising nutritional value; additionally, it helps enterprises reduce production costs. It is widely applied in most powdered foods and related products such as salt, sugar, non-dairy creamer and instant coffee, delivering outstanding performance in specific scenarios.

The product is packaged in 12.5kg or 20kg white paper bags, protected by stretch film on pallets. It can be transported as an inert product, but requires sealed storage in a dry environment. PIROSIL PS-200
PIROSIL PS-200 (Code: SP-210-11), a silica-based product under the Glassven brand, features well-defined physicochemical properties and is suitable for various industrial applications. It boasts impressive core component purity, with SiO₂ content of not less than 98%, laying a solid foundation for its stable performance. In terms of drying and ignition stability, it shows a loss on drying of 3.0-6.0% after 2 hours at 105℃ and a loss on ignition of 4.0-6.0% at 1050℃, demonstrating excellent temperature resistance stability. The pH value of its 5% slurry ranges from 6.0 to 7.5, a mild range that suits diverse processing needs. With a BET specific surface area of 170-200 m²/g, it meets adsorption requirements, while its DBP absorption number of 280-300 ml/100g aligns with the parameters of relevant processing technologies. This product has complete compliance credentials, including CAS Registry Number 112926-00-8 and other registration information. It can be handled as a conventional inert material in operation, and should be stored in a sealed, dry and odor-free environment away from volatile substances. Despite its stable chemical properties, it tends to absorb moisture and organic compounds from the surrounding environment, so the official recommendation is to use it within 24 months from the date of manufacture.
PIROSIL PS-300
This food-grade silica anti-caking agent is produced by Yangzhong Glassven Additives Co., Ltd., with CAS Registry Number 112926-00-8. It strictly complies with National Standard GB 25576 and holds Production Permit No. SC20132118200203, ensuring solid quality assurance.
The product is a white amorphous powder with excellent key technical indicators: The measured silica content is 97%, far exceeding the standard requirement of ≥96%. Key parameters such as loss on drying and loss on ignition are all within the specified ranges. It contains extremely low levels of heavy metals such as lead and arsenic, fully meeting the safety standards for food additives. With stable physicochemical properties, a BET specific surface area of 170-200 m²/g and a DBP absorption number of 280-300 ml/100g, it delivers exceptional anti-caking performance.
The product should be stored in a sealed and dry environment to avoid moisture absorption and adsorption of volatile substances, with a shelf life of 24 months.
