Application Scope
It mainly realizes two core functions: basic anti-caking and fluidity optimization. Adding 0.1%-2% of this product can solve the caking problem of conventional powder foods such as salt, powdered sugar and milk powder during storage, reduce friction between powder particles, and control the filling weight error within ±2%. Widely applicable to basic powder food categories including solid beverages, condiments, dairy products and baking ingredients, it does not affect the basic properties of the final products after addition.
