Manufactured via the high-precision precipitation method, it has a silica content of ≥98.5%, with heavy metal residues (Pb ≤0.05mg/kg, As ≤0.5ppm) meeting the stringent EU limits. The particle size is customizable from 2-300μm, forming a three-dimensional porous structure, which is suitable for EU food production processes. With an addition level of 0.1%-1.0%, it features multi-functions of anti-caking, flow aid, oil absorption and carrier, and is suitable for mainstream foods in the EU market. It solves the caking problem of milk powder, plant-based powder and low-salt condiments; improves the filling accuracy of baking premix and powdered beverages with an tolerance ±1.5%; adsorbs oil in the breading of fried foods to reduce oil seepage rate. Widely used in dairy products, baking, leisure foods, condiments and other fields, it complies with the usage limit requirements of EU food additives.
