This product is professional food grade anti-caking silica (anti-caking agent). Designed with a unique spatial barrier structure, it effectively breaks the van der Waals force between powder particles, preventing powder caking caused by moisture absorption and pressure, with an anti-caking period of up to 24 months. It has a silica content of ≥98% with an addition level of 0.1%-1.0%, free of peculiar smell and residues, and can keep powdered foods loose for a long time. Compliant with mainstream global food additive standards (GB 25576-2020, EU 10/2011, FDA), it is suitable for the production of various easy-caking powdered foods.
