Food Contact Grade Silica Opening Agent is a high-end special anti-blocking raw material specially developed for food and pharmaceutical contact plastic packaging. Prepared via food-grade clean processes and precise surface modification technology, it strictly complies with the most stringent food contact material laws, regulations and standards in the world, including China GB 4806 series, FDA 21 CFR §177.1520 and EU No 10/2011. With ultra-high purity silica (≥99.8%) as the core component, it is produced with food-grade raw materials and fully enclosed clean production lines, with heavy metal and harmful impurity contents far lower than the national standard limits. Odorless, non-precipitating and non-migrating, it forms a uniform and stable micro-protrusion isolation structure in food packaging anti-blocking masterbatches, effectively solving problems such as difficult unwinding, tight winding and blocking of food packaging films. Meanwhile, it has no impact on core film indicators such as light transmittance, heat seal strength and tensile properties, ensuring food contact safety throughout the process.
