Targeting the humidity difference between northern and southern China, Zhongqi has developed anti-caking silica with "gradient pore structure": the southern version (porosity 65%) ensures a milk powder caking rate of only 0.7% (industry average: 3%) during Guangdong’s rainy season (humidity 85%); the northern version (low hygroscopicity) ensures that Xinjiang tomato powder does not cake during long-distance transportation. This technology won the "Technological Innovation Award" from the China National Food Industry Association in 2025, and has been applied to over 300 product lines of enterprises such as Nestlé and IFF, saving customers over 20 million yuan in warehousing costs annually.
