Recently, relying on its continuous innovation capability and standardized operation, Zhongqi (Guangdong) Silicon Materials Co., Ltd. has successfully been upgraded to a "Provincial-Level Specialized, Refined, Characteristic and Novel Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise" and obtained the additional qualification certification of "Technology-Based Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise". Combined with the previous title of "National High-Tech Enterprise", it has formed a "three-dimensional qualification" endorsement system.
Behind the qualification upgrade is the enterprise's full-chain strength accumulation: On the production side, self-developed equipment such as "airflow mill with iron removal function" and "magnetic suction powder collection cover" have been put into use. Through designs such as magnetic impurity removal and automatic dust cleaning, it not only reduces the equipment loss rate by 25%, but also achieves zero dust emission in the production workshop; On the quality side, based on the original ISO22000:2018 certification, the GMP workshop management process has been further optimized, and the qualified rate of raw material sampling inspection has reached 100%.
"Qualification is not only recognition but also responsibility," said Zhongqi's general manager. The company will take this qualification upgrade as an opportunity to accelerate the construction of the second phase of the Fujian raw material base. It is expected to add 40,000 tons of production capacity in 2026, focusing on the layout of emerging application fields such as beer and high-end food, and moving towards the goal of "invisible champion in the global silicon material segment".
