1. Product Description
This PE film special antiblock silica adopts exclusive precipitation process to produce synthetic amorphous fine white powder, unified CAS No.112926-00-8 (former CAS:7631-86-9), EINECS No.231-545-4. Targeted formula optimization for LDPE、LLDPE、HDPE blown film, cast PE film production, with matched particle size and pore structure.
It features excellent compatibility with polyethylene resin, no pre-grinding needed for masterbatch granulation, outstanding uniform dispersion without agglomeration. Low addition dosage can form uniform micro-convex points on PE film surface, cut the contact area between film rolls, absorb exposed PE molecular chains, fundamentally eliminate winding adhesion and high-temperature storage blocking. The product is free of volatile matter and migration precipitates, will not cause oil bloom or surface speckles on PE film, retains original film tensile strength, puncture resistance and transparency. It optimizes film slip performance, reduces friction coefficient, perfectly matches high-speed film blowing machine and automatic bag-making production line. It can withstand drying below 300℃, suitable for modified PE composite film low-moisture processing.

5. Storage & Operation Instructions
1. Sealed storage in dry and ventilated warehouse, unopened shelf life 24 months; expired goods must pass performance test before use.
2. Dust-proof protection during loading and feeding, stacking height no more than 10 layers to prevent powder compaction.
3. Extend dispersion time in twin-screw extruder after opening the package, use up quickly to avoid moisture absorption reducing anti-block effect.
