Product Description
Amorphous Silica Anti-blocking Agent is a special anti-blocking raw material with both high safety and high performance in the plastic processing industry. As an amorphous silica product prepared via the sol-gel method or environment‑friendly precipitation process, it strictly complies with industry standards, EU EN 14639, Food Contact Material (FCM) regulations and relevant occupational health standards. With ultra-high purity amorphous silica (≥ 99.8%) as the core component, it features no crystalline structure, no sharp edges and high particle sphericity. It forms a uniform and dense micro-protrusion isolation structure in plastic products, effectively reducing the blocking force between plastic films, sheets, pipes and other products. Meanwhile, it has extremely low equipment abrasion, excellent dispersibility and food-grade safety, with no impact on product transparency, mechanical properties and processing performance. Fully compatible with the production of anti-blocking masterbatches and direct addition application for various plastic substrates such as PE, PP, PVC, PET and BOPP, it is the preferred anti-blocking solution for high-end plastic products. (Note: Silica is used to produce anti-blocking masterbatches for corresponding films, which are then applied in film production. Silica shall not be directly incorporated into film resin.)
